How we know it works

94.9%accuracy within one grade

Measured on 5,175 knees from the Osteoarthritis Initiative, a United States research database. The human reference: the best specialist radiologist got the exact grade in 60% of 50 radiographs from the same database (Thomas et al., 2020).

We treat the result as support, never as a conclusion.

What it is and what it is not

  • It is decision support: an objective reading of the radiograph and the clinical picture, with the reasoning shown.
  • It is material to discuss the case with the patient.
  • It is not a medical report or a diagnosis: the decision remains the physician's.
  • It is not suitable for an operated knee, with a prosthesis, plate or screw.

Results support the physician's assessment and do not replace it. Images are used only to generate the result.
